Bean is a free super slick, super light text editor for the mac. And it’s FREE.

TextEdit is apparently of no use to anyone, I don’t want to start Openoffice just to write a paragraph of text and the other text editors I’ve tried are either not looking nice or too stuff with features/slow. Bean has been a blast and I recommend it to anyone in need of super simple text editor (basicaly everyone)

Bean imports/exports : ms word, html, rtf, rtfd (rtf with images) and it’s nice, you can get it here :
