Apple makes the integration between operating systems much easier, allowing users to read/write files from/to their mac disk volumes while they are using their Windows partition.

I think Apple is the only company having the resource and the motivation to make cross-OS life good. Actually everyone having Linux and Windows knows what I am talking about everything ends in a black screen with some jibberish on it and all your files lost … however Apple has already made dual booting super easy and now coming with Snow leopard will be also the driver for windows to read/write hfs+.
