Beta version of Backit soon ! After few weeks of playing with Adobe AIR the beta version of BackIt soon to be released |
Playing with AIR is nice ! I’m gonna post a series of posts about the different stuff I used in Backit development, and some details I learned the hard way about AIR as well.
I already created the project in Google code, and will upload the beta test version pretty soon
Follow few screenshots of my backup solution :
You can see the toolbar at the top, where you select the current backup project (or setup)
The list of source files and folders - the ones you’ll be backing up periodically and the target folder - where the files are going to be backed up. The big friendly button “back it” does the magic and copies all stuff for you
Next time you need to make an archive - just start the program and it remembers all the locations - simply click “back it” and u r set:)
